Answers to common questions about this coverage and
what it is like to work with Smitty Insurance.

Eligibility, contribution and participation rules vary by state, carrier and plan. We begin by confirming workforce size, work locations and business structure. Employers near or above 50 full-time and full-time-equivalent employees may also have federal employer-responsibility considerations.

A package may combine group health, dental, vision, supplemental coverage, disability, life insurance and employer-supported health arrangements. The right mix depends on eligibility, budget, employee priorities and availability.

An HRA is funded only by the employer and reimburses eligible expenses under its design. An HSA is individually owned and available only to eligible people; contributions may come from the employee, employer or another contributor.

A Smitty representative reviews the information, confirms market and service fit, and contacts the business to clarify priorities and next steps. The form does not enroll the company or its employees.

Helpful starting information includes employee count, work locations, current benefits, renewal date, employer contribution approach and the main issues to solve. Do not send census files or sensitive records through the public form.
